Hi everyone! My name is Kiera Gayle founder of KG Fitness Ltd. 

I am from London and I come from 12 years of ballet, tap, modern and street dance.

 

This helped me to keep effortlessly toned and conditioned until I gave it up for university and work life. As I made this transition my fitness became non existent and my eating habits were terrible.

 

I know exactly how it feels to not be confident in your body and clothes, I know how this feeling affects your whole life. It was not hard for me to get to the gym once I decided to make a change, it was hard to figure out what machines I need or am I doing these exercises right.

I became a personal trainer after years of struggling with finding the right balance for eating what you want and training in the right way.

 

After achieving my goals and I realised my passion for helping people make changes to their diet, attaining their fitness goals and just helping them to change their mindset and be happy with themselves.

​

I care about my clients finding the right tools to help them find those sustainable changes to their lives.
