From cleaning your house to sitting at your desk job or constantly looking at our phones we are not in an upright position most of the day. This contributes to bad posture and that back, neck and shoulder pain you feel most days. 

During our busy lifestyles from working out to long haul flights we rarely take the time to attend to our bodies.

Stretching is an important practice to add to your daily routine to promote better health, calm mindset, reduce stress and increase energy levels.

Through one to one sessions and customised video programme you can learn a daily stretch routine that can help improve flexibility, relieve pain, aid injury recovery. correct imbalances in the body and release tension in the muscles.

  • How does online personal training work?
    You can be anywhere in the world and you meet with me weekly online via your phone, laptop or tablet, where I put you through your paces in a class format session. I will motivate you, correct techniques and show you exercises to get you to your goals because I will be able to see your executing the exercises in live time.
  • What do I get in my package?
    You get a customised video workout programme outline what exercises to do outside of our sessions to keep you on track to your goals. You can ask questions whenever you need as well as a weekly check in call to hold you accountable for your fitness journey and support and motivate you. Depending on the package you choose you can have a customised nutrition plan to ensure those sustaniable changes to your lifestyle. The foods selected for your nutrition plan will be based on your prefrences and intolerances.
  • Do I need gym access or fitness equipment to do online training?
    No, your customised programme will work with whatever fitness equipment you have available to you and I will also make recommendations of equipment that you may need.
  • How long before I see results?
    I ask all clients to give me a mininmum dedicated commitment of 8-12 weeks to my training programmes to start seeing significant changes towards your goals.
